NEW GRADING POLICY NFORMATION for 2016:

U6 to U9 - stays the same - no grading

U10 - NO GRADING in this age group ie:  Your team will reamain the same.  U9's in 2015 moving into U10 in 2016 will continue to play with their existing team.  For those teams who do not retain enough players these teams will be moved into the other teams to ensure each player has a team.  This will also resolve any issues with teams needing extra players moving from U9 to U10 full field games.  Any player movement will be done in consultation with coaches involved, parents and our Dir of Coaching.

U11 - NO GRADING in this age group ie:  Your team will remain the same.  U10's in 2015 moving into U11 in 2016 will continue to play with their existing team.  For those teams who do not retain enough players these teams will be moved into the other teams to ensure each player has a team.  Any player movement will be done in consultation with coaches involved, parents and our Dir of Coaching.

U12 - NO GRADING in this age group ie:  Your teams will reamin the same.  U11's in 2015 moving into U12 in 2016 will continue to play with their existing team.  For those teams who do not retain enough players these teams will be moved into the other teams to ensue each player has a team.  Any player movement will be done in consultation with coaches involved, parents and our Dir of Coaching.

U13's - NO GRADING in this age group ie:  Your teams will reamain the same.  That is the U12 Black team in 2015 will continue and be the U13 Black team in 2016.  The U12 Red team in 2015 will continue and be the U13 Red team in 2016.  This can only happen if players return to the club.  If there is a situation whre a team does not have enough players and we cannot get enough recruits, we will consider a joint team with Wests Rugby Club to ensure that the players have a team.

SENIOR TEAMS - U14's UP:

To ensure that the older boys, ie U14's up can continue with their rugby at Kenmore, we have partnered with Wests Rugby Union Club in these age groups.  The reality in these older age groups is that too often we either have to turn players away as we do not have enough to field a team or alternatively have one very large team which does not allow for much palying time for each player.

By partnering with Wests (who have the same issues we do in these age groups) we will ensure that the players will have a team and also be able to play in the correct division for each player.

These teams will be known as "Wests Kenmore" and in 2016 will train at Kenmore and play home games at Kenmore.  These teams will also play in a combined jersey desgin of both clubs.
