Registration Instructions

If you have a FairPlay voucher, please email it to registrar@kenmorerugby.com.au and allow a few days for us to process your voucher. We will respond with a code to use during your registration, for all others, please follow the instructions below:

  1. Go to Rugby Xplorer or download the mobile app
  2. Login or Create an account
  3. Click Register, then “find a club”
  4. Search “Kenmore Districts Rugby Club”
  5. Registration type Selection:
    1. Cubs (3yrs-5yrs)
    2. Get into Rugby (U6 & U7)
    3. XV Juniors (U8 – U15)
  6. Duration: Season
  7. Complete the registration questions and finalise your payment.

Age Groups Guide

Please view a guide below to understand which age group your child should be playing in. Please note that a child can play up a year if the wish to, e.g a player born in 2017 can play in U9, where most players would be born in 2016.

  • Cubs – Born in 2020 or later

  • U6 – Born in 2019

  • U7 – Born in 2018

  • U8 – Born in 2017

  • U9 – Born in 2016

  • U10 – Born in 2015

  • U11 – Born in 2014

  • U12 – Born in 2013

  • U13 – Born in 2012

  • U14 – Born in 2011

  • U15 – Born in 2010

2025 Registration Fees Guideline

Below is a guide and actual fees on Rugby Xplorer may be differ slightly.

Cubs (3 to 5 years old): $150 per player (club registration fee, including insurance and transaction fees).

Under 6 & Under 7: $297 per player (club registration fee, inclusive of governing body levies, insurance, and transaction fees).

Under 8 to Under 12: $397 per player (club registration fee, inclusive of governing body levies, insurance, and transaction fees).

Government Assistance

The Queensland Government offers up to $200 FairPlay vouchers to assist eligible families with sporting fees. For more information and to apply, visit Get In The Game Qld Govt.

What Does Your Membership Include?

As a valued member, your registration fee includes the following for Under 6 to Under 15 players:

  • 2025 Club Training Shirt
  • End-of-Season Medallion or Trophy
  • Dedicated Coaching & Support
  • Qualified First Aid at all Home Games
  • RA/QRU/BJRU Levies & Player Insurance
  • Referee and Match Fees
  • Ground Maintenance

Uniform: 2025 Club shorts and socks are a required uniform and can be purchased from our canteen on Friday evenings. Playing jerseys are provided to teams and must be returned at the end of the season.

Note: Players must be registered and fees paid in full to participate in training sessions, trial matches, or competition games.
